What to Know
- Standard checkout is 12:00 PM.
- Turn lights and appliances off, lock the terrace door, close the main door. Your PIN stops working after checkout.
- You do not need to strip beds.
- Ask ahead for a late checkout, it depends on the next arrival.
Checkout is simple. Standard time is noon. No front desk, just leave the chalet ready for the next guest.
Before you leave
- Turn lights, heating controls and appliances off as you'd leave your own place
- Make sure the terrace door is properly locked
- Close the main door. The smart lock holds it. No key to return
- Take your rubbish if it's overflowing, otherwise a normal tidy leave is fine
Late checkout
Ask in advance. If the calendar is free, we often can. If someone arrives the same afternoon, we can't.

Message us before you go. Honest notes beat surprises.
